The second thing I noticed was the wax was doubled up, but it wasn’t doubled up correctly. So I took the wax ring off of the toilet flang and I threw it away. I checked the flange for any deficiencies. It look good so I took my new non-wax flan filler and I put it on then I put the toilet back on, took the bolts and secured the toilet flush, the toilet three or four times to make sure there was no leaks. Then I talked around the toilet to secure the toilet to the floor. The caulk is just for a little Insurance to make sure that the toilet stays consistent to the ground.
